During the period January - June 2007, courses will be provided for teachers of both Higher and Ordinary level mathematics at Leaving Certificate. The focus will be on Discrete Mathematics for teachers at Higher level Leaving Certificate and on Algebra for teachers at Ordinary level Leaving Certificate. Courses for teachers of Transition Year mathematics will also be provided in second term as per details below.

These courses will look at approaches appropriate for teaching a range of mathematical topics in Transition Year.

A limited number of school visits will be provided in response to requests where resources permit. A helpline service by fax,
